Fifty-five floors on Biscayne Bay, conceived in collaboration with Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick and the Major Food Group team. Architecture by ODP, interiors and lifestyle programming by Charles & Co., gardens by Enzo Enea. The Project
Villa Miami is the first ground-up residential expression of the Major Food Group ethos — a fifty-five-story bayfront building where the MFG philosophy of menus, service, and atmosphere is extended into every part of daily life. A two-level MFG restaurant occupies the base; full-floor and half-floor residences sit above; and the entire experience is programmed and fully serviced by the MFG team.

Working with the Broker

Step One
I walk you through the residence collection — comparing Villa Piano (full-floor) and Villa Mezzo (half-floor), exposures, lines, floor levels, and view orientation against your priorities and travel rhythm.
Step Two
When you find the right residence, I prepare the reservation agreement, review the 10/10/10/10 deposit structure, and coordinate document signing — typically completed within forty-eight hours.
Step Three
From contract through closing and delivery, I monitor construction milestones, deposit calls, and design selections — and I stay on after closing if you'd like furnishing, rental, or resale support.
